Christine is an Assistant Secretary in Budget Group at the Department of Finance, where she provides policy and budget advice to the Government on aged care and health expenditure proposals.

She has spent a number of years working in central agencies in the Australian Public Service. She previously worked in the health policy area of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and started her career working for the Commonwealth Treasury, where she provided advice to the Treasurer on expenditure proposals across a range of policy areas.

Christine has also previously worked in the private sector as a Director in the health economics and social policy practice within Deloitte Access Economics in Canberra.
